Eustache Le Sueur biography

This work is linked to Acts 19:19

During his visit to the city of Ephesus (now in Turkey) Paul converted many citizens to Christianity. Here the converts burn their books on 'curious arts' in front of the preaching Paul. According to the Acts, the books represented a value of fifty thousand pieces of silver.
