Folio 166r of Les Très Riches Heures du Duc de Berry: the exorcism. The possessed is held by someone outside the synagogue, while Jesus speaks. The small black dragon is the evil spirit that leaves the man's head.

The bystanders are amazed by what they just saw. They immediately spread the word about the miraculous healer around Galilee.
