Edna holds the hands of her daughter Sara and of Tobias, her new husband. It appears that she blesses their marriage. Her husband Raguel seems surprised. From left to right: Raguel, Sarah, Edna and Tobias. The women are dressed in the style of the 1690's in western Europe, but the men wear oriental gowns and turbans. The painting is in the Leiden Collection. |
